We continue talking to Sandra Pankhurst but now we move into her current work as a trauma cleaner.

Sandra works within the worst conditions but brings the most dignity to her clients. She takes us through some of her toughest jobs and shares what its like doing the job no one else knew existed and how to do it with heart.
