Many of us don't understand the importance of filling in our brows. The eyebrows are the frames of the face and you know the saying "Never let anyone with bad eyebrows tell you s*it about life" well it has some truth to it. All jokes aside filling in your brows is an essential make up tool for all women. It's crazy how many women have no idea this was even "a thing" well yep it is and Sarah Marie has come to the rescue.
Sarah Marie helped share her knowledge of how to create perfect brows. The brows we created here are very strong. So play around and see what suits your face. I like them a little more subtle for day-to-day wear.
Step 1: Apply foundation and powder on and around the brows. Comb the hairs of the eyebrow neatly.
Step 2: Using an eyebrow pencil starting from the inner brow, lightly draw your first line just above the natural hairs of the eyebrow. (No higher than the highest hair on the brows) This is the first step in giving your brows more fullness and a smooth flowing line.
Note: Make sure the pencil you are using is designed specifically for eye brows and is not an eye Kohl pencil as the pigments are very different. Colour should always match your hair.
For example:
blond hair means you should use a blond coloured eyebrow pencil.
Light-medium brown hair should use an ashy tone, medium brown pencil.
Dark brown- black hair should use a medium to dark brown pencil not a black.
(Same rules apply for eyebrow powders)
Step 3: lightly draw your second line just below your natural eyebrow hairs from the inner brow outward.
Step 4: Using an eyebrow powder and angled brow brush lightly feather the product through the centre of the brows starting from the outer corner inwards. Make sure to blend through. Don't be to heavy handed. Build up to the strength you require. To finish, Neatly comb the product through your eyebrows.
