Daily ritual - Gut health
This is by far the most important health ritual of my day.
After my endo opp last year-I got a really bad flu and I swore I wasn’t going to get sick again.. I researched and found that taking care of your gut is the biggest immunity protection you need.
Even after working with Dr liu –and being sick with the same flu. I had to implement this again straight away!
My ritual-
First thing in the morning I take a shot of Babushka Keffir- Coconut flavour. Obsessed with this flavour!! I do this daily and on an empty tummy. Have too much and you will feel queasy and gassy.
The consistency will freak you out, it has lumps and looks weird. Its perfectly normal to consume.

Next I pop a Bio ceuticals = pro biotic- I have one in the morning after my Keffir

Amazonia green powder- this is a pre and pro biotic- it has a mint base and is delish in a super smoothie

When having my master salad I always add fermented sauerkraut, this can be added to any meal. This comes in many flavours. Start slow with this too or it can upset your tummy.

Kombucha- there are so many on the market. I get the ones with the least amount of sugar. They all contain sugar as its apart of the fermenting process. My go to is Remedy.
Miso soup- Delicious and an easy way if you’re not sure where to start.
Start slow with all of these products. building good gut health takes time. If you start string you will feel nauseous. I believe its what let me stay flu and illness free.
