GRATITUDE
If you want a simply wonderful life a great start is to be grateful for what you have right now. Appreciating what you have brings about more of what you want. I know it sounds like a trick but it is true.
When you are bitter and resentful of what you have no matter how little or how much, you are keeping your world small. Negativity and envy are the ugliest traits. And to be honest thinking negativity brings more negativity to you.
You have to believe: There is more than enough for everyone.
Stop the negative voice in your head and feel grateful. Even if the first thought is that your thankful you still have a brain to read this and shift your thoughts. It takes one small step at a time to change the way you think.
A wonderful way to start and end the day is by thanking the Universe/God/Whatever it may be for what you have or what you may experience today.
I dare you to wake up tomorrow like its your birthday, full of joy and excitement and be so grateful for your bed/body/phone/partner/dog/food in the fridge/shower/water to drink/life etc. And I mean really feel grateful and I promise, you will be happier and kinder. You will also be attracting the most incredible people/experiences and life.
